HART Friends is registered in the State of Hawaii as a non-profit corporation (October 24, 2013). The Corporation has received a Certificate of Good Standing from the Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the State of Hawaii.
HART Friends is in the process of becoming a 501 (c) (3) corporation.
